Giovanni Manarini new Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer
Rome, Sept. 12, 2022 - Giovanni Manarini is the new Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Angelini Pharma. In his position, Manarini will report hierarchically to the CEO, Pierluigi Antonelli and will join the Leadership Team-the executive committee-of Angelini Pharma. Functionally, Manarini will also report to Angelini Industries Chief HR & Organization Officer, Marco Morbidelli.

A graduate of Bocconi University, specialized in People and Organization Management, Manarini is bringing to Angelini Pharma years of experience in HR management for multinational groups. He began his career in 2004 at Indesit’s head offices and quickly became HR Project Leader at the subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Subsequently he held positions of increasing responsibility as HR Manager of Central Functions, After Sales, and production facilities in Italy and Russia. In 2014, Manarini joined Bracco Imaging, an Italian worldwide leader in diagnostic imaging, as Head of HR Global Commercial Operations. From 2017 at Franke, he was Head of Human Resources for EMEA, India and Mexico.
