Enza Onnis, Global Pharma General Counsel at Angelini Pharma

Rome, 15 April – Enza Onnis has been appointed as the new Global Pharma General Counsel at Angelini Pharma. In her role she will report to CEO Pierluigi Antonelli and will continue to be part of the Executive Leadership Team, Angelini Pharma’s steering committee, which she joined in April 2019. Onnis, who has worked at Angelini since 1994, has been the Group’s General Counsel from 1996 to today, reporting to the Group’s CEO. In this position she was responsible for legal affairs – including M&A transactions – relating to all Group’s companies and for each business area. She is now taking on this role for all Angelini Pharma companies under the governance required by the owners, who have decided to focus activities in the various business areas with the necessary departments to ensure that they are fully operational.
