Therapeutic indications
Veroven is indicated in the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency symptoms of the lower limbs, including varicose veins.

Contraindications and side effects
Besides an eventual case of hypersensitivity, no other contraindications are known.

Veroven capsules are generally well tolerated. Nevertheless, it may occur, although very rarely, manifestations of cutaneous allergy and mild gastric malaise.

Drug interactions and other forms of interaction
No interactions are known between Veroven and other medicines or food.

Effects on pregnant women, breast-feeding women, children, elderly patients and patients with special pathologies
Veroven capsules may be used during pregnancy and lactation.

No specific effects of the use of Veroven capsules in elderly patients and individuals with special diseases are known.

Effects on the ability to drive and use machines
It is unlikely that Veroven capsules may affect the ability to drive and use machines.

List of excipients
Magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.

Usual posology, with reference to maximum dose
Take one capsule, 3 times a day, during meals.

Indication of the most favourable moment for the administration of the medicine
According to the doctor’s indication, during meals.

Duration of the average treatment when it should be limited
The duration of the treatment depends on the clinical situation and its evolution.

Instructions about what to do if you forget to administer one or more doses
If you forget to take one or more doses, treatment must be continued.

Indication of how to discontinue the treatment when its discontinuation causes withdrawal effects
No special precaution is necessary to suspend the treatment.

Measures to adopt in case of overdosage and/or intoxication, emergency measures and antidotes
No overdosage cases are known and no severe toxic effects are to be expected resulting from the accidental ingestion of a massive dose of Veroven capsules.
However, in such cases, such for precaution, the patient should be taken to the hospital where the necessary measures will be taken.

Advice to the patient
Inform your doctor or pharmacist whenever undesirable effects occur, particularly, if they are not included in the patient leaflet.

Check the expiry term stated on the package. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date.

Keep the medicine out of reach and sight of children.

Special precautions for storage
Keep in a dry and cold place.
