The Angelini Group has a complex corporate structure that reflects the diversification and expansion into various new business activities which have been a key feature of its corporate strategy over the years.
As the head of the corporation, the Angelini Group President sets the general guidelines on which the individual companies are governed.
The main holding, Finaf, based in Rome, provides strategic direction and centralised services and oversees the international coordination and integration of the Angelini Group as a whole. The Angelini Group has a financial holding, Finaf 92, which provides administrative, financial, management and training services to its companies located in Spain and Portugal. International Finaf 2000 deals with financial investments.

The Angelini Group’s real estate activities, which involve the buying and letting of property as well as redevelopment operations on property it owns, are managed directly in Italy and in the Iberian Peninsula by Angelini Immobiliare and Inversiones Finafisa 92 respectively.

The Pharmaceuticals Division includes Acraf and Angenerico in Italy; Angelini Farmaceutica and DoctorActive in Spain; Angelini Farmacêutica and Rega Farma Promoçao de Produtos Farmacêuticos in Portugal; CSC Pharmaceuticals in Central and Eastern Europe; Faran Laboratories in Greece; Angelini Pharmaceuticals and Alcavis in USA; Angelini Scharper Pharma in Pakistan.
The Personal Care Division includes Fater, joint venture between Angelini and Procter&Gamble.
The Perfumery Division includes Idesa Parfums, in Spain.
The Machinery Division is composed of Fameccanica.Data in Italy; Fameccanica Do Brasil in Brasil; Fameccanica Machinery Shanghai in China, Fameccanica North America in USA. The Winery Division includes Tenimenti Angelini, in Italy.
